Keep Your Body Hydrated:

Apart from indulging in the conventional exercises, you should take care to keep your body hydrated. Drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. It will flush out toxins from your body. Toxin build up causes muscular spasms which will result in pain and inflammation. Water will keep this disc hydrated. Invertebral discs are found between the spinal nerves which are likely to dry out with age resulting in utter pain. So, it is important to drink plenty of water.
