- Lemon juice-1-1/2 spoonful
- Cooked rice: 3 cups
- Refined Oil: 1 spoonful
- Mustard seeds: ½ spoonful
- Curry leaves: 5
- Black gram: ½ spoonful
- Chopped ginger: ½
- Dried Red Pepper
- Salt to taste
How To Cook?
Heat a spoonful of oil in a non-stick cooking pan and put some mustard seeds. When mustard seeds begin to pop, put the black gram and curry leaves. Stir it well for 30 seconds. Now, put the cooked rice in the mixture and stir again for two minutes so that it gets mixed uniformly. Keep the flame low and sprinkle lemon juice in the mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
