Most of the people settle down for frozen dinners when they come back home late night. However, these foods must be excluded from your food menu because they are loaded with preservatives and artificial flavorings which are added to make them last longer. They are immensely rich in calories and have very low nutritive value.

Milk and Diary Products:

Believe it or not, milk and dairy products top the list of “stay away” foods especially if you have lactose intolerance. If more than calcium, reducing your body weight is more important for you than you should say no to these products. These pasteurized products have a very high fat-content and are being tagged as the topmost allergen.

Potato Chips:

If you think that there is no harm in taking plain salted potato chips because potatoes are good for health then you need to think again. These are extremely harmful as they contain bad carbohydrate. Not only this, a carcinogen called Acryl amide is also found in the potato chips.

White Flour:

Previously, people used to consider it as a basic food, but because it has reduced nutritive value. Consuming white flour results in elevated blood sugar. Also, you begin to feel hungry soon after consuming products made up of white flour and start gaining weight. Wheat flour is the major ingredient of doughnuts and pizzas.

Carbonated Drinks:

Stop taking soda for quenching your thirst. However delicious or tempting it may be for you because it contains as much as ten teaspoons of sweetener. Also,  you are likely to suffer from the health issues like hyper acidity, gastric pain, ulcer and will be at the risk of being diabetic on consuming these drinks in excess as they are carbonated.

Sugar-free Food Stuff:

Do not think that eating sugar free food stuff is absolutely safe. It should be one of the stay-away food item because to get the flavor in this, companies use chemical and artificial preservatives which are dangerous to your health.
