Frequency:
You should wash your face thoroughly and no more than twice a day. Wash it once in the morning and once in the night.
Type of Cleansers You Should Use:
Use a mild cleanser or any herbal soap and lukewarm water. You should never use cleansers that have salicylic acid because it is abrasive to your skin. Using a glycerin-based soap or face wash is a good idea because glycerin is a moisturizer and prevents over drying of your face.

When you dry your face make sure to pat it gently with a soft towel. This is very important because patting your face dry with just any piece of cloth can have a harsh impact on your face.

First of all wash your hands properly before washing your face. Do not let the hair fall over your face and tie them with bands and clips while washing your face.

Splash your face with warm water and apply a little amount of cleanser on your palms. Rub that cleanser in your palms and scrub your face in circular motions. You should be spending more time on your chin and nose because they are more prone to blackheads. Cover the entire face with the lather of a glycerin based lather and rinse it thoroughly with warm water.

Pat your face dry with a soft cotton towel. Do not rub you’re your face to hard with it as it may damage your skin.
