Appointment Policies
- Out-of-hours and emergency appointments: £15 surcharge
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
- Advance payment is required to secure all appointments.
What This Means for Existing Bookings
All appointments taking place on or after 15th June 2026 will be charged at the updated rates, including appointments that have already been booked.
